Idris Elba has tried to reclaim his dignity, explaining to The Day by day Present host Trevor Noah what was actually taking place in that viral Scorching Ones clip that grew to become a meme.

For many who have not seen the voraciously GIFed second, the video options Elba vigorously coughing and tearing up after consuming a hen wing lined in Da’Bomb’s Past Madness scorching sauce. In keeping with Scorching Ones, this sauce has 135,600 Scoville warmth models.

No matter how good the meme is, the Beast actor apparently finds it considerably embarrassing.

“I eat pepper daily,” Elba instructed Noah.
